Method: 1. Soak the black fungus till soft and slice them. Cook under boiling water. Slice the celery and the dried chili 2. Put some oil into the wok and stir fry the dried chilli till frangrant. 3. Add in the Vegetarian Stewed Three-Cup Chicken and stir fry. Add in a little salt, Vegan mushroom seasoning and sugar. 4. Add the black fungus in and stir fry. Put to plate and sprinkle the celery onto the dish.
