Vegan Steak 蔬菜汉堡扒
Create a hotel like dish at home with our Vegetarian Steak. It’s really easy.
Ingredients: Vegetarian Steak (Burger), tomato
Seasoning: Oil, Vegetarian Abalone Sauce, Vegan Mushroom and Vegetable Seasoning, ginger paste, chilli paste
Method:
1. Defroze the Vegetarian Steak (Burger) and pat it gentle with the side of your knive to *loosen* the texture. Pan fry it till golden brown in colour.
2. Slice the tomato as garnish
3. Add oil to the heated sauce pan, then stir fry the ginger paste, chilli paste, and add in Vegetarian Abalone Sauce, Vegan Mushroom and Vegetable Seasoning in reasonable portion.
4. Spread the paste to the Vegetarian Steak and Ta-Da! It’s done.
材料:素齐蔬菜汉堡扒,番茄
调味剂:齐善素高鲜调味料,齐善素鲍鱼浓汁,姜末,红椒末各适量
做法:
1. 蔬菜汉堡扒解冻后用刀轻拍至松软,再用平底锅煎至呈金黄色备用。
2. 番茄洗净切角,摆盘便装饰
3. 把煎好的蔬菜汉堡扒摆在盘中
4. 锅下少许油炒香姜末,红椒末,加入少许素高鲜调味料,淋在建好的蔬菜汉堡扒上即可。
