Vegan Bolognese Spaghetti – using tomatoes!
Ready in just minutes. Very Easy to Cook!
My favourite comfort food to cook at home when my chef-parents are not around. Just within minutes this dish can be done. The magic is the Vegan Mince Meat which adds all the flavour.
My preference is straw mushroom, because of the tangy texture. You could replace it with button mushrooms or all sorts of mushroom as well.
I love tomotoes but aint a sour pot, so i do not usually add vinegar.. personal preference. Some adds sour plum sauce to it as well, which also works the magic. to the sauce.
Serving size: 1 pax
Ingredients: Olive Oil, 3 Tomatoes, 1 table spoon of Vegan Mince Meat , straw mushroom (or button mushrooms), spaghetti
Seasoning: Salt, spaghetti spices, black pepper
1.Cook the Spaghetti in a separate pot. Cut fresh tomatoes in cubes of 4. Add Olive Oil to a small pot, and cook the tomatoes in small fire. Add a tea spoon of salt. Cook till tomato is mashed and paste like.
2. Add Vegan Mince Meat and straw mushroom into the tomato paste.
3. Seasoning to taste. Add salt and black pepper. Lastly add spaghetti spices.
4. Drain the spaghetti when it’s soft and cooked. Add them to the Spaghetti sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Ta-da! it’s ready to be served. Sprinkle more spaghetti sauces to it to add flavour.
