Recipe : Vegetarian Sausage Claypot Rice 素腊肠煲仔饭
- White Rice
- Vegan Da-Shan Smoked Sausage
- Ginger
- Carrot
- Lettuce
- Oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Light Soy Sauce
- Vegan Abalone Sauce
- Vegan Vegetarian Vegetable & Mushroom Seasoning
- Coat bottom of pot with oil & soak the washed rice in same pot for an hour
- Heat pot on medium high heat till boiling, turn down to low heat till rice is cooked
- Slice the ginger & carrot. Cut lettuce into pieces.
- Stir fry ginger till fragrant. Add in sausage & carrot till 3/4 cooked. Continue frying adding in lettuce & seasoning.
- Pour it over the cooked rice and serve immediately.

- 砂锅底锅底抹油。大米淘洗干净,倒入砂锅中水泡一小时,中大火年开后改小火煲至米饭收干水,星蜂窝状态。
- 生姜、胡萝卜切片 ,生菜切段,大善腊肠斜刀切开。
- 锅内烧油加生姜翻炒,加入大善腊肠,胡萝卜炒至7分熟了加入生菜继续翻炒。
- 最后用适量盐、白糖、鲍鱼浓汁、菠萝菇调味料和生抽调味翻炒均匀,淋在饭上即可。
