Recipe : Fragrant Casserole 佛钵飘香

METHOD

  1. Slice Sausage diagonally in 3mm thickness.
  2. Peel open Lily Bulb and wash each individual piece.
  3. Remove stem from snow pea & cut each into 2-3 pieces
  4. Blanch Snow Peas & Lily Bulbs with hot water till cooked. Set it aside after removing the water.
  5. Heat pan with 2 table spoon of oil, add sliced ​​ginger & sausage. Fry until fragrant. Add in Snow Peas, Lily Bulbs and seasoning and continue stir frying.
  6. Add in starch water. Stir fry till thickened.
  7. Scoop dish into ready fried Taro Bowl to serve.

  • 素腊肠2条

做法

  1. 素腊肠斜切片约3mm厚
  2. 新鲜百合去头, 掰开洗净
  3. 荷兰豆去老筋, 掰成段
  4. 用开水烫熟荷兰豆、百合,捞起备用
  5. 热锅, 加入2汤匙油, 炒香姜片、腊肠
  6. 加入荷兰豆、百合、调料翻炒几下
  7. 勾少许淀粉水, 再炒香
  8. 盛入炸好的芋蓉钵内即可
