Recipe : Fragrant Casserole 佛钵飘香
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Vegetarian Taiwan Sausage
- 100g Fresh Lily Bulb
- 100g Snow Peas
- 1 Fried Taro Bowl
- 4 slices of ginger
SEASONING
- 1/2 tsp Vegan Abalone Sauce
- 1 tsp Vegan Vegetarian Vegetable & Mushroom Seasoning
- Starch water
METHOD
- Slice Sausage diagonally in 3mm thickness.
- Peel open Lily Bulb and wash each individual piece.
- Remove stem from snow pea & cut each into 2-3 pieces
- Blanch Snow Peas & Lily Bulbs with hot water till cooked. Set it aside after removing the water.
- Heat pan with 2 table spoon of oil, add sliced
ginger & sausage. Fry until fragrant. Add in Snow Peas, Lily Bulbs and seasoning and continue stir frying. - Add in starch water. Stir fry till thickened.
- Scoop dish into ready fried Taro Bowl to serve.

- 素腊肠2条
- 新鲜百合100克
- 荷兰豆100克
- 炸芋蓉钵1个
- 姜4片
调味料
做法
- 素腊肠斜切片约3mm厚
- 新鲜百合去头, 掰开洗净
- 荷兰豆去老筋, 掰成段
- 用开水烫熟荷兰豆、百合,捞起备用
- 热锅, 加入2汤匙油, 炒香姜片、腊肠
- 加入荷兰豆、百合、调料翻炒几下
- 勾少许淀粉水, 再炒香
- 盛入炸好的芋蓉钵内即可
